Client Intake View
Clean easy to navigate and save input fields. Once saved the client can always come back and edit the inputs and re-save.
The Status Bar helps the Client understand where he is the process and how much further he has to go. The status bar is updated as his makes his progress thru the intake process.
AI Chat Bot
A chat bot powered by IBM Watson, to guide the user thru the intake process and answer most asked questions regarding the intake. This is a tremendous opportunity to cut down time on the intake process and also deliver a better user experience by giving immediate answers to questions and pain points for customers.
Built in Triggers to help the user get context and help without having to even ask. The plus here is the user can dig deeper if the initial explanation from watson was not enough.
